What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?+
Pressure washing uses higher water pressure to clean durable surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses a lower-pressure application with an appropriate cleaning solution to treat organic buildup on surfaces like siding, stucco, and shingles. We select the method based on the material and condition.
Do you provide free estimates?+
Yes. You can request a free estimate online, by phone, or by text. Photos of the area help us provide accurate pricing quickly.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Crystal Cleanse Pressure Washing is licensed and insured, and we work carefully to protect your property and landscaping.
Do I need to be home?+
Not necessarily. Many exterior cleaning projects can be completed while you're away, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and to an outdoor water supply.
Do you use the property's outdoor water supply?+
Crystal Cleanse normally uses the customer's outdoor water supply. For most residential projects, the additional water usage is generally minimal.
How should I prepare for my appointment?+
Move outdoor furniture, planters, and vehicles away from the cleaning area, close all windows and doors tightly, and secure pets. We'll share any project-specific prep notes in your estimate.
How long does exterior cleaning take?+
Most residential house washes take 1–3 hours. Larger homes, additional services, or commercial projects may take longer. We'll share a time estimate with your quote.
How often should a house be washed?+
Every 12–18 months is a common cadence. Shaded, humid, or heavily wooded properties may benefit from more frequent cleaning.
Can every stain be completely removed?+
Results depend on the type of stain, the material, the age of the stain, and whether permanent surface damage or etching has occurred. We share honest expectations up front.
How do you protect plants and landscaping?+
We prep landscaping before applying any solution and rinse surrounding areas during and after service. Sensitive plants can be flagged during your estimate.

Do you clean the inside of gutters?+
Crystal Cleanse currently offers exterior gutter brightening only. We do not provide interior gutter debris removal, downspout clearing, or roof-gutter cleanouts.
Do you clean roofs with high pressure?+
No. Asphalt shingles are treated with a low-pressure soft-washing application designed to treat algae, moss, and lichen without disturbing the roof surface.
Can oxidation be completely removed?+
Some oxidation can be reduced, but heavily oxidized surfaces may not fully restore. A test area may be recommended.
Can you remove oil or grease stains?+
Oil, grease, rust, paint, and deeply embedded stains may not always fully release, especially on older or previously sealed concrete.
